I grew up in Michigan where I learned the art of adventure – skiing, skydiving, white water rafting, golf, hiking, pretty much anything and everything. Today, I enjoy family adventures with my husband, two girls, and two girl dogs – a sweet baby yorkie, and a blue pit. When we are not exploring off road in my Big Red Jeep, or winding the Blue Ridge Parkway on the Harley, I love to play golf – all over the world.
My husband and I have bought and sold houses since we first got married – a long, long time ago (20 years) as a form of investment therapy. We enjoy bringing an old house back to life and largely do the work ourselves. There is something magical about breathing new life into a forgotten structure.
I believe that service is not about selling – anybody can sell, I treat my clients like family and together, we build a relationship that goes far beyond a simple transaction. I am a seller specialist and focus my attention on maximizing equity and protecting net income for my clients. My sellers hire me because they trust me to navigate the entire process with expertise far beyond the paperwork. My sellers love my open and honest communication every step of the way – no surprise is the best surprise. After the transaction closes, my sellers appreciate the innovative marketing skills that I employed to successfully sell their home.
