Garrett Anderson
I grew up in the Irmo area and graduated from Dutch Fork High School in ‘06. I received several offers from top universities to play football, but ultimately decided to play for the University of South Carolina and support my home team. I was a starting offensive lineman for the Gamecocks ’06-’09, graduating with honors and a Business Degree in Marketing & Management.
In November of 2019 I married my wife, Madison. Shortly after getting married, we rescued our sweet rottie from Pawmetto Lifeline, Bertha. The little goof ball takes up the majority of our free time and attention. The rest of our free time is spent remodeling our home, cooking, smoking meat, inventing new cocktails in our home bar, hosting friends for dinner, and active participation at our church, Midtown Fellowship.
Madison and I spent our first year of marriage in quarantine and bought our first home in the middle of the pandemic. I have recent and personal experience in the home buying process during a very difficult and complicated time in the industry. My goal as your realtor is to take the stress of the process off your shoulders, so you and your family can celebrate this new and exciting chapter in your lives.
I’ve been a realtor for over 5 years, the majority of that time working as a tag-team with my caring and industry-leading mother, Debbie Anderson, at Great Southern Homes. Together we closed on a total of $60M for GSH, $14.5M of which I sold on my own. In 2017 and 2018 I was a recognized as a Diamond Society top selling agent at Coldwell Banker.
