Wendy Ruocco is a sales industry Veteran who is native to Columbia, growing up in the Irmo area and attended USC. She has always been very active in community events; performing at Town Theatre, involved with the Lutheran Synod Youth, was a counselor at Camp Kinard and member of the Junior Tennis League. 

 

Her professional career history has been vast in both Hospitality and Sales.  She has built both individual sales as well as directed a high-power team of Sales professionals. Wendy’s passion has always driven her to go above and beyond for her customers and clients. While raising a young family, Wendy joined the mortgage industry and cut her teeth in the Real Estate transactions.  She worked for Marriott Vacation Club and learned time share sales, developed her closing skills and set her goals on growing sales through customer referrals, and amazing guest service experiences.  

 

Wendy and her husband have raised 3 amazing young men and are huge Lacrosse fans /parents! Active in their childrens schools, Wendy was named Volunteer of the Year for Lexington Richland 5 School District.  Wendy gives all that she can to anyone she comes into contact with.
