Gary Heiligman
Gary is a native of Rochester, New York, and lived in, Fairfax Virginia for over twenty years. During that time, he worked in Underwriting and Marketing in the insurance industry and learned much about the homeowners’ market and the unique needs of each homeowner. He then spent several years as a branch leader overseeing hundreds of transactions for one of the largest CENTURY 21 firms in the country.
After selling a lake house in Deep Creek Lake, Maryland, he and his wife were looking for another Lake to eventually move to. Little did they know that when they visited Lake Murray and Chapin they would discover and fall in love with such a wonderful place and decided to move down ahead of schedule! Gary is an avid bike rider and reader, with a special interest in historical fiction. He enjoys sports and music of all kinds and once upon a time played in a band for 10 years and dee-jayed for a few! He enjoys spending time with family which includes five kids (three boys and two girls). Helping people find the perfect home or selling quickly so they can move on is a passion of his and his mission is to create a favorable, memorable experience for everyone he serves by providing exemplary service and market expertise.
